TEAMS: Boston Bruins (NHL)

VENUES: TD Banknorth Garden, Boston. The arena is above North Station which is on both the over ground rail network and the Boston Metro system.

TICKETS: Tickets are available through ticketmaster USA and can be collected before a game. Games tend not to sell out straight away but do not leave it too long after they go on sale. Games against the Canadiens, Rangers, Flyers and the Leafs tend to be the most popular and sell out quicker.

WHERE TO EAT: Boston has many great restaurants. Pre game though try Canal Street with its many bars and restaurants. Just for a drink check out the Beer Works for its home brewed beers.

WHERE TO STAY: There is a range of options in Boston. The Back Bay area of Boston has many affordable hotels. Try the Midtown Hotel in the Back Bay and the cafe next door for great breakfast.

OTHER THINGS TO SEE: Boston has everything from history with museums, shopping with malls and streets full of shops to sports. Check out Fenway Park and the New England Sports museum inside the Arena. Also worth seeing is Cheers bar, skating on the Frog Pond on Boston Common and the Massachusetts State Building with its gold roof and statue of John F Kennedy.
